During the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises are not subject to price discount benefits. 2.須具有消防設施工程專業承包二級及以上資質；
3.具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
4.擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
5.業績要求：無；
6.其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. It must be a legal entity established within China;
2. It must have the qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering at level II or above;
3. It must hold a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
4. The project leader to be dispatched must have the registered construction engineer qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering at level II or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
5. Performance requirements: None;
6. Other requirements: None.
